About the Speaker

This is a DVD program.

Thomas E. Spahn graduated from Yale Law School. He practices as a commercial litigator with McGuireWoods.  He has written and lectured on ethics, professionalism, attorney-client privilege, work product doctrine, defamation and legal writing.  Tom has spoken at over 850 CLE programs throughout the U.S. and internationally. He is a Fellow of both the Virginia Law Foundation and the American Bar Foundatin (whose membership is limited to one-third of one percent of America's lawyers).
